    What to do when printing from Google Cloud Print stops working

    Solution

      If printing from Google Cloud Print stops working or you find that your printer is no longer registered at Google Cloud Print, your printer's firmware may no longer support Google's most recent security specifications.

      Download the Printer Update Utility from the download site, and then update your printer's firmware.
      For information on the procedure, see the manual included with the tool.
