Solution
If the camera's Main Dial, Quick Control Dial or Multi-controller do not respond when you try to operate them, check the <LOCK> switch position.
Set the <LOCK> switch downward to release the lock setting.
NOTE
- By default, the Quick Control Dial will be locked when the <LOCK> switch is set upward.
