EOS MOVIE Utility is software for viewing movies shot on EOS 6D Mark II, EOS 5D Mark IV, EOS-1D X Mark II, EOS 5DS, EOS 5DS R, EOS 7D Mark II, EOS-1D C, EOS-1D X, EOS 5D Mark III, EOS 6D, or EOS 70D cameras and for saving a still image clip from such movies.
You can also use View Assist for viewing movies shot in Canon Log gamma.
In addition, you can merge multiple 4 GB movie files shot on EOS 5D Mark IV, EOS-1D X Mark II, EOS 5DS, EOS 5DS R, EOS 7D Mark II, EOS-1D C into a single file, and save it.
Changes for EOS MOVIE Utility 1.7 for Mac OS X :
- Supports EOS 6D Mark II.
- Supports the EOS 5D Mark IV Canon Log specification.
Required System Configuration:
To use this software, your computer has to meet the following system requirements.

*Can also be used on macOS 10.13.

Supported Models

- For EOS 6D Mark II, only MOV format time-lapse movies are supported.
- MP4 movie and Video Snapshot are not supported.
Please refer to the instructions below on how to download and install the software.
Exit all other applications when installing this software.
1. Download "emum1.7.0-installer.dmg.zip" from the download page.
2. Double-click "emum1.7.0-installer.dmg.zip". After decompressing the file, "emum1.7.0-installer.dmg" will be created.
3. Double-click "emum1.7.0-installer.dmg". The disk image "EMU 1.7.0" will be mounted.
4. Double-click the installer, "emum1.7.0-installer" in "EMU 1.7.0".
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
