If you upgrade the OS from Windows XP to Windows Vista with CanoScan Toolbox installed, an error may occur at CanoScan Toolbox's launch or during scanning.

Sebab dan Solusi

Uninstall CanoScan Toolbox and then reinstall it.

CAUTION

Overwrite installation does not solve the problem.
