Solusi

1. Press [Menu].

2. Press [<-] or [+>] to select <VOLUME CONTROL>, then press [OK].

3. Press [<-] or [+>] to select a submenu, then press [OK].

4. To register the settings or go to a submenu item, press [OK].

Here is the description of VOLUME CONTROL.

Setting Item	Description
1. MONITOR TONE VOLUME	Sets the volume for monitor tone during the fax transmission. The range is 0 - 3. The default setting is 2.
2. CALLING TONE	Sets the volume of the ring produced when the machine detects a call. The range is 0 - 3. The default settings is 2.
3. ENTRY TONE	Beeps when pressing the keys on the operation panel. The range is 0 - 3. The default setting is 2.
4. ERROR TONE	Beeps when an error (e.g., TX error) occurs. The range is 0 - 3. The default setting is 2.

5. When finished, press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.

NOTE

If you press [Stop/Reset] before pressing [OK], the setting will not be registered.
Press [Menu] to return to the previous display.
When sending FAX manually, you can temporarily adjust the monitor tone volume. For details, see Manual FAX Sending .
