Solusi

We recommend charging the battery pack in temperatures between 10℃ and 30 ℃ (50 ℉ and 86 ℉). If either the ambient temperature or the battery pack's temperature is outside the range of approx. 0℃ to 40℃ (32 ℉ to 104 ℉), charging may take longer than usual or charging may not start.
If you are using a genuine Canon battery pack, there may be a problem with the camcorder or battery pack. Consult a Canon Service Center.
If the power supply was disconnected while charging a battery pack, make sure the POWER / CHG indicator has gone out before restoring the power supply.
If you do not intend to use the camcorder for a long time, store it in a place free of dust, in low humidity, and at temperatures not higher than 30℃ (86 ℉).

Use of genuine Canon accessories is recommended.

This product is designed to achieve excellent performance when used with genuine Canon accessories.
