Issue
When setting up the printer for the first time, or performing the maintenance function, "Replace Ink in Print Head," ink may leak from the printer.

The printer serial number consists of nine characters and is printed on the warranty card. It can also be found on the label located at the rear of the printer. The serial number begins with four letters, followed by five numerical digits.
The maintenance cartridge serial number consists of nine characters (a combination of letters and numbers) and is printed on a label on the front side of the cartridge.
