The printer is not turned ON.

Cause1 :

There is a possibility that the power plug is unplugged from the AC power outlet.

Remedy :

Plug the power plug into the AC power outlet.

Cause2 :

There is a possibility that the printer is plugged to an extension cord or multiple power strip.

Remedy :

Plug the power plug of the printer directly into an AC power outlet on the wall.

Cause3 :

There is a possibility that the breakers have tripped.

Remedy :

Reset the breakers on the switch board.

Cause4 :

There is a possibility that the wire in the power cord is broken.

Remedy :

If the printer is turned ON after replacing the power cord with the one that is of the same type and is used for other device, there is a break in the power cord. In this case, purchase a new power cord and replace it with the broken one.
