Supplementary restrictions when supporting Mac OS X v10.5
*1: The scanner driver (ScanGear CS) included in the CD-ROM prepackaged with the product does not support Universal Binary. Be sure to download the latest version.
*2: Download the latest version.
*3: ScanGear Starter included in the scanner driver does not support Mac OS X v10.5. Use the application supporting TWAIN, or the utility software.
*4: While "Input Method" is selected (On) in the OS's "International" setting, when performing the installation using the setup CD-ROM prepackaged with the product, the installation may stop prematurely.

*3: The problem that scanning cannot be performed from CanoScan Toolbox, or the one that scanning may not start even after pressing the EZ button on the main unit may occur. The countermeasured version will be provided from the end of Nov.
