A problem has occurred in the computer that performs printing.

Cause and Solution
Specify the printer as the default printer.
Perform the following procedure.
1. Perform Network Status Print. [Checking the Operations with Network Status Print]
- If printed: The printer driver is installed properly.
- If not printed: Proceed to the following procedure.
2. Uninstall the printer driver. [Uninstalling the Printer Driver]
3. Install the printer driver again. [If the Printer and Computer Are Connected by a LAN Cable]
Make sure that the TCP/IP protocol is running.
Confirm the setting of [Restrict TCP/IP Printing] in [IP Address Range Settings] in the Remote UI.
