Receiving document is too slow.

Cause and Solution

Is the resolution of the sender’s machine set higher?

Contact to the sender and make sure the resolution of the sender’s machine has been set properly.

Scan Settings (FAX)

You can adjust the image quality and density of the document you send. The higher image quality you set, the better the output will be, but the longer the transmission will take.
