    The message "Prepare a new toner cartridge. (XXX)" appears on the display.

    Cause and Solution


    Even if the message "Prepare a new toner cartridge. (XXX)" appears on the display, you can continue printing for copy, fax or print jobs.
    Prepare a new toner cartridge of the specified color so that you can replace the toner cartridge when the toner runs out.
