How to Print Out Transmission Results Reports1. Press [Additional Functions].
2. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [REPORT SETTINGS] then press [OK].
3. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [SETTINGS] then press [OK].
4. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [TX REPORT] then press [OK].
5. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [OUTPUT YES] then press [OK].
You can set whether to print the first page of the fax under the report. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [REPORT WITH TX IMAGE] and to select[OFF] or [ON] then press [OK].
- [OFF] to print no first page
- [ON] to print the first page
NOTE
Even if the TX report setting is set to [ON] to print the first page of the fax, the machine will not print when faxing the documents from your computer.
How to Print Out Reception Result Report1. Press [Additional Functions].
2. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [REPORT SETTINGS] then press [OK].
3. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [SETTINGS] then press [OK].
4. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [RX REPORT] then press [OK].
5. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [OUTPUT YES] then press [OK].
6. Press [Stop] to return to the standby mode.
