How to Set the Maximum Data Size for Sending (MF4680)
Solution
1. Press [Additional Functions].
2. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [SYSTEM SETTINGS], then press [OK].
If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter the System Manager ID and System Password using the numeric keys, then press [Log In/Out (ID)].
3. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [COMMUNICATIONS], then press [OK].
4. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [E-MAIL SETTINGS], then press [OK].
5. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [MAX TX DATA SIZE], then press [OK].
6. Use the numeric keys to set the maximum data size for outgoing e-mail messages, then press [OK].
7. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby mode.
