How to Set the Transmission Speed (MF8180C)

1. Press [Menu].

2. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [FAX SETTINGS], and then press [OK].

3. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [USER SETTINGS], and then press [OK].

4. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [TEL LINE SETTINGS], and then press [OK].

5. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select [TX START SPEED], and then press [OK].

6. Press [Left cursor] or [Right cursor] to select the transmission speed for all documents you send.

You can select from the following speed:

33600bps/14400bps/9600bps/7200bps/4800bps/2400bps

7. Press [Stop/Reset] to return to the standby display.
