The camera and Android device don’t connect.

Solution

    • Please select [Infrastructure] from the [Select a communication mode] of the camera.

    • Please make sure that your camera and Android device are connected to an access point.

    • Please start Canon CameraWindow 1.0.

    • Please make sure that Canon CameraWindow 1.0 is not running in the background.

    • After forcing Canon CameraWindow to close on the Android device’s application settings, try to connect a second time by following the connection procedures.

    • Please uninstall Canon CameraWindow 1.0 and then install it a second time.
