    How do I play back movies on a computer?

    Solution

      By using the [ImageBrowser EX] applications bundled with the camera, you can play back movies on a personal computer.
      [ImageBrowser EX] can be installed from the included CD, or by using the [ImageBrowser EX] updater available from the downloads section of the Canon Web site.

      For an explanation of the playback procedure for movies, please refer to ImageBrowser EX 1.1.0~Playing Back Movies on a Computer.

      The [ImageBrowser EX] software can be used on the following computers.

      • Windows
      OSWindows 8
      Windows 7 SP1
      Windows Vista SP2
      Windows XP SP3
      ComputerComputers running one of the above operating systems (preinstalled), with an included USB port and Internet connection
      CPU (video)HD (720p), SD: Core 2 Duo 1.66 GHz or higher
      Full HD (1080p), HD (50fps/60fps): Core 2 Duo 2.6 GHz or higher
      High Profile video, ALL-I, IP: Core 2 Duo 3.0 GHz or higher
      RAM (video) HD(720p), SD: 1 GB or more
      Full HD (1080p), HD (50fps/60fps): 2 GB or more
      Free Hard Disk Space250 MB or more*
      Display1,024 x 768 resolution or higher
      *Silverlight 5.1 (max. 100 MB) or higher must be installed. Installation may take some time, depending on computer performance.
