Is the fixing assembly dirty?

In the Printer Status Window, enable [Remove Dirt]. For details on the procedure for displaying the Printer Status Window, see "e-Manual" (HTML manual) in the CD-ROM/DVD-ROM supplied with the printer.

Select the [Remove Dirt] check box
