All services offered at CANON iMAGE GATEWAY are provided exclusively for members of CANON iMAGE GATEWAY. However, anyone is able to view photos at CANON iMAGE GATEWAY, if an email invitation has been sent from a member. 

Can anyone register to become a member?

In order to register to use CANON iMAGE GATEWAY, you must purchase a Canon digital photo product that is compatible with CANON iMAGE GATEWAY.

Do I register for one CANON iMAGE GATEWAY account for each qualifying product?

You may register multiple qualifying Canon products under one CANON iMAGE GATEWAY account. 

Where can I find the serial number for my Canon's product?

The serial number is usually located on the bottom of the product. 

After registration, how soon can I use the site?

Upon completion of the membership registration, a verification email will be send to registered email address. 

If I forgot my password, what should I do?

Go to the CANON iMAGE GATEWAY login page and click on 'Forgotten Password?'. Enter the email address with which you registered to CANON iMAGE GATEWAY and you will receive an email with your new password. 

After registration, I did not receive a confirmation email, why?

You might have made a mistake in the email address at the time of registration, hence we were unable to send an email to you. Therefore, please try to re-register with the correct email address and you should receive an email notification from us.
