Follow the below procedure to upgrade the printer firmware:
1. Click [DOWNLOAD] to download the firmware upgrading program (.exe file).
2. Open the folder where the downloaded .exe file resides. (Check the browser settings to find the save location.)
3. Double click the downloaded .exe to start the firmware upgrading program.
4. Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation.
