    Issue

    <CHECK DOCUMENT> is displayed on the LCD.
    <CHECK DOCUMENT> is displayed on the LCD.

    Cause and Solution

    A document jam may have occured in the ADF.
    Remove the jammed document.
    Clear Document Jams
    When <CHECK DOCUMENT> appears on the LCD display, remove a jammed document from the ADF.

    The document is longer than 400 mm.
    Reduce the length of the document to less than 400 mm, then try again.
    Document Requirements
