Issue

The machine does not work and the messages <SET PAPER AGAIN/SET TONER AGAIN> and <LIFT PANEL TO OPEN/OPEN TONER COVER> appear on the display alternately. The job may not be started.

Cause and Solution

Paper may not be loaded properly, or the toner cartridge may not be set.
