Fine lines are visible in images printed with the SELPHY CP820

If fine lines are visible in printed images, it could be because of dust inside your printer.

If the air vent becomes dusty, remove the ink cassette before wiping the dust away, to prevent dust from getting inside and affecting print quality.

If the fine lines are still visible even after the dust has been removed, please call our service center.
